Titandioxide
Titandioxide
1) Coat with zirconium,aluminum
2) High gloss,easy for damping
3) TiO2 content:>94%
Main features:
Titanium Dioxide – Rutile has passed the SGS test. It’s popular for its high gloss, high climate-resistance, strong hiding power, and very easily being moistened and dispersed. The manufactured white products have high whiteness and stable color phase.
Application:
It’s widely applicable for making top-quality solvent type coatings, high gloss emulsion paint for interior and exterior walls, industrial coatings, surface printing inks, iron printing coatings, powder paints, plastic master batch, profile shapes, etc.
Specification:
1) Standard classification (ISO591-1): R2
2) Density (ISO787-10): 4.0g/cm3
3) TiO2 content (ISO591-1): ≥93.5%
4) Volatile under 105°C package (ISO787-2): ≤0.5%
5) Water soluble substances (ISO787-2): ≤0.5%
6) Residue (45μm) (ISO787-18): ≤0.05%
